Happy Friday, Friends —
It’s been eleven months since I left Austin and moved to Baltimore. It’s been challenging to say the least. I miss my friends dearly, and I miss the community that was nurtured while operating Machine Head Coffee. But I’m finally settling into a new life here. There is a certain charm about Baltimore that has grown on me. The stunning sunrises giving life to the historic brick row buildings, the night lights strung over neighborhood streets, the cool fonts on the old buildings, the cultural diversity, and Mr. Trash Wheel. There is a slogan here that says “Baltimore, Actually I like it”. I totally get it.
